We call it the “ugly duckling” or The Tweety Bird. She is solid, no delamination issues at all. Fresh annual. Fresh VFR static check. ADSB compliant. New tires. GPS mounted in the panel. Just a good solid little plane to build time or putz around in. The glass is good, but there are a couple of cracks from install. All airworthiness directivities are complied with. The engine and airframe both have 1992 hours total time, with the engine having 500 hours to go before the recommended TBO of 2400. Have all the logbooks for the plane. Needs paint. King RX 155 NAV\COM, Garmin GTX-327 transponder, Garmin 396 handheld GPS in a dock mount. Comes with cowl plugs and a canopy cover to keep rain out. I haven’t found any repairs on the plane and nothing in the logbooks as far as damage history.

1740 total time and 730 Tt on factory new engine. Pop has around 30 since reseal.
